Bringing people together to actualise powerful and relevant tools for community- sustained living. Triskele Farm holistically fuses sub-cultures and specialisms; bringing together some of the most exciting and promising developments known to humanity in a culture of clarity and inclusion.
Holistic Integration; How we approach Our work
Triskele Farm actualizes cutting-edge, holistic solutions in the arenas of Ecological, Social and Economic design managed by individuals committed to clarity. Serving as a resilient land-based model for a culture functioning on principles of abundance, non-violence and mutual benefit, We facilitate higher education up to MSc level developing skill flexes focused on regenerative design and leadership relevent, scaleable and applicable in all cultures and bio- regions.
The dominant individualistic, competitive worldview and compartmentalised education frameworks limit creative collective potential in resolving mismanagement of resources. People have succumbed to a life of “getting by” rather than realizing full potential, individually or collectively. Individuals have become incapacitated in their ability to meet their own needs locally, mutually and sustainably. Consumerism, the debt culture and media provide ample regular illumination of these problems. Committed to deepening personal clarity and optimal benefit on residential, local and global community levels, We design regenerative integrated systems to meet all needs including food, energy and material resources and deep fulfilment. We build farm machinery from scrap and regenerate degraded land, Open Sourcing distillations in all areas of our work. We build natural buildings with what is available on the land and in the local community.
Local community is engaged through produce and skills exchange and regular community service. Action Learners develop leadership skills in all arenas of Eco-Social design at the farm, supported by Permaculture Design Courses through to MSc level programs with Gaia University. Individuals are encouraged and supported through ongoing design mentorship and trainings in clarity to proliferate introduction of innovative, environmentally responsive projects in other parts of the world. This thriving space is a melting pot of shared ideas and resources, freely open to all.
To spread a culture of mutual benefit and abundance widely, we shall demonstrate local self relience, meeting all our needs within a 30 mile radius within 3 years. This will impact locally, nationally and globally through students, visitors and online distillations within the first 2 years. Numbers of people attending free courses, beginning year 1, and long-term interns trained in developing clarity and integrative systems thinking before successfully initiating projects elsewhere will confirm effectiveness, fed back through online documentation. Local participation in trading and communtiy events shall be a strong focus in the first 2 years, and shall form a benchmark for project coherence. Proliferation of Superhero service rides which we already run annually will indicate the spread and confidence in a model of cooperation over competition. Seeing other alliances grow around the world, inspired and supported by our project will be a clear reflection of our impact in the longterm.

Integral Theory
We celebrate the diversity of inner practices available for personal and planetary transformation! Daily life at Triskele is supported by a framework to grow awareness and clarity. Integrated into daily life regardless of personal preferences and specific practices, Triskele has a culture of personal and interpersonal clarity that we deem vital in reclaiming our occluded intelligence. Our work as world changers becomes more and more effective as we grow both internally and together! Integral theory provides a great framework for holistic fulfilment.
Integral Theory seeks a comprehensive understanding of humans and the universe by combining insights from all sources, assuming they all contain partial truth. It attempts to introduce a more universal and holistic perspective or approach, which incorporates other points of view in a larger synthesis, which in this age of globalisation, segregation through belief and loss of community, seems like a powerfully non- violent way to proceed. Ken Wilber is regarded as the leading authority in integral modelling, and has published many good books. It is Wilbers Quadrant theory that has influenced the design work within Integralpermanence. To summarise, Wilber suggests we can live a more fulfilling and rich life by paying attention to four "quadrants" of our being. These can be represented in different ways but here they are summarised simply to;
Internal "I", Internal "We", External "I", External "We"
Reading Wilbers` work is highly recommended, but to surmise, if we design to meet the needs of all aspects of our internal and external environment, we must be heading the right direction! We are also interested in Spiral Dynamics as a model for human development (which can also be found in Wilbers great little book " A Theory of Everything") and work with these tools to help us connect to others and deepen our experience as we move closer to our highest visions.
